We at Gateway are delighted to have just successfully achieved the highly prized Investors in People Gold standard.
Investors in People is one of the most successful frameworks for business improvement in the UK and their endorsement represents Gateway’s commitment to customer service and the training and development of its staff. Our team have worked incredibly hard to achieve the Gold Standard under the new 6th Generation IIP Framework and this is an exceptional achievement, as we are now one of only 75 organisations across Scotland, recognised at this level.
We are extremely proud of our new Investors in People Gold plaque and can’t wait to display it at our offices in Castlemilk High School.
