Gateway is pleased to announce that CPD Manager has been updated to allow Professional Learning information to be exchanged with GTCS’ MyPL.
Staff moving from an authority that doesn’t use CPD Manager to one that does, can import their Professional Learning information from GTCS’ MyPL rather than having to manually enter it.
- Staff will need to generate three CSV files from MyPL with their Professional Learning information. These files cover PRD, Areas for Development and Professional Learning.
- Once generated these can be imported into CPD Manager by going to the Plan menu, selecting the “Import From MyPL” option and following the instructions.
Staff moving from an authority that uses CPD Manager to one that doesn’t can export their Professional Learning information so it can be imported into MyPL.
- Staff will need to generate three CSV files from CPD Manager to import their Professional Learning information into MyPL. These files are generated from the Plan and Record information on CPD Manager and cover PRD, Areas for Development and Professional Learning.
- These files can be generated in CPD Manager by going to the Plan menu, selecting the “Export For MyPL” option and following the instructions.
- Once these files have been generated the user should login to MyPL and upload them.
