On 29th November we held our first CPD Manager user group session which was well attended by our local authority customers. The aim of the session was to update users with recent developments and functionality within CPD Manager, and to identify future development opportunities.
During the session we were able obtain valuable customer feedback, identify future development requirements, and share good practice between authorities.
We all agreed that user surveys would take place in 2019 across all authority users. The survey will be the largest undertaken for CPD manager, and will provide all users with the opportunity to provide their feedback on the service. Online surveys will be available on CPD Manager for most authorities in May 2019.
