We’ll soon be launching a new interactive tool for pupils which helps them to think about their strengths, qualities and abilities in terms of careers and employability.
Taking around 10-15 minutes to complete, the results give pupils information on their best strengths, ones they like using the most, and those that could be improved. They can save the results to their Planit Portfolio.
This means that when considering career ideas, and even work placements, they can look at how well their strengths match what is required in that job. They can do this by looking at the Planit Job Profiles and real life job adverts.
Along with all the other tools available in the Planit Portfolio, this new tool allows pupils to build their profile and explore career pathways.
