We are now beginning preparations for young people going out on work placements in the new session August 25 to July 26. Our School Liaison Officers are in the process of scheduling meetings with all schools to discuss their specific requirements and gain an insight into plans for work placement programmes.
The School Requirements Meetings are key to delivering a meaningful and successful work placement programme that is responsive to the individual needs of the young people.
The role of the School Liaison Officer is to provide any support, advice and guidance that is required to ensure the programme is a success.
